On variable products with many variations (e.g. events: Color × Size), merchants often need to set the same regular price or stock for every variation that matches one attribute term (e.g. all “Size” rows across). Existing bulk actions (“Set regular prices”, “Stock”) always apply to all variations, so editors must edit row-by-row or page through the variation list.

## Proposal
Add core bulk actions:
1. Set regular price by attribute…
2. Set stock by attribute…

## Each opens a modal to:
1. Choose one or more attributes marked “Used for variations”
2. Choose one or more terms per selected attribute
3. Enter a regular price or stock quantity
4. Apply to matching variation children across all pages
