We use a different email address for our store notification emails than the default admin emails. All other emails have the option to enter an email address to override this, except this one! Please add it.

That’s an easy-to-miss inconsistency — if every other admin notification lets you override the recipient email but this one is hardcoded to the default admin address, it’s a real annoyance for stores routing notifications elsewhere.
Smart Pre-Order Manager for WooCommerce lets you override the recipient email for pre-order cancellation notifications, consistent with the other admin email settings.
