The W3 Total Cache extension and others are marked as incompatible with Klaviyo for WooCommerce. There should be a way to run caching solutions in parallel with Klaviyo.
The main problem seems to be, that (at least) no purchase events are sent with W3 Total Cache active. Are there any specific settings that can be disabled in W3 Total Cache to allow Klaviyo to still work, like Page Cache or similar? Maybe also just caching on certain pages?
