Puresoft
👋 Hey there!
We’re glad you found us.
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re looking for help with WordPress, WooCommerce or Jetpack. Maybe you’re planning your very first online store, maybe your current website has become frustratingly slow, or maybe a plugin update ruined your Tuesday morning. You might even have spent hours looking for the perfect plugin, only to discover that every solution gets you about 90% of the way there.
You’ve probably installed a plugin that promised to solve everything.
It almost did.
We’ve all been there.
WordPress and WooCommerce are fantastic platforms. They’re incredibly flexible, which is exactly why we love working with them. But flexibility also comes with complexity, and every now and then they have a funny way of reminding you who’s really in charge.
That’s usually where we come in.
We’re Uffe and Anika, the people behind Puresoft, a small agency based in Denmark. When you contact us, you’re talking directly to us. There are no salespeople, no account managers and no endless chain of emails before you finally reach the person writing the code. We like keeping things simple because we’ve found that the best projects usually begin with honest conversations rather than polished sales pitches.

❤️ We care about the business behind the website
A while ago we wrote a LinkedIn post that simply started with the words:
“We give a damn.”
It wasn’t particularly corporate.
It was, however, surprisingly accurate.
The website, online store or plugin is almost never the interesting part of a project. The interesting part is the business behind it.
That’s why we’ll probably ask more questions than you expected. We want to understand how your business works, how your customers buy, what slows your team down, what makes your life easier and what success actually looks like for you. Whether you sell lawn mowers, yarn, sports equipment or industrial machinery honestly doesn’t matter, we’ll happily learn about it, because understanding your business helps us build better solutions.
One of the nicest things our clients say about us is that they feel we care about their business as if it were our own. We’d like to think they’re right. We celebrate when things go well, and we’re just as happy discussing customer journeys, stock management, advertising or business processes as we are writing code.
That also means we’ll occasionally tell you that we don’t think the solution you asked for is the right one. Not because we’re trying to make projects bigger, but because we’d rather help your business than simply complete another task. Sometimes the best solution is custom development. Sometimes it’s deleting three plugins instead of installing a fourth.
Both happen more often than you’d think.
👨💻👩💻 Two different skill sets. One shared way of working
Uffe spends most of his time developing WordPress and WooCommerce solutions, building custom plugins, improving performance and solving the kind of technical problems that don’t have an obvious answer. If a checkout randomly becomes slow on Tuesdays or an integration suddenly decides it doesn’t like Mondays anymore, he’ll probably enjoy figuring out why.
Anika works with communication, digital marketing and customer journeys. She has a talent for turning technical complexity into something people actually understand and enjoys helping businesses communicate more clearly, reach the right audience and get more value from the websites they already have.
Together, we don’t really separate development, marketing, analytics and user experience, because your customers certainly don’t. A beautiful WooCommerce store won’t help much if nobody can find it, fantastic Google Ads won’t fix a confusing checkout, and perfect analytics won’t increase sales if nobody knows what to do with the data. Everything is connected, and that’s how we’ve always approached our projects.
🤝 We don’t know everything
Nobody does.
But we’ve become pretty good at finding the right solution.
And if we don’t think we’re the right people for the job, we’ll tell you.
Seriously.
We’ve recommended freelancers, other agencies and completely different solutions when we genuinely believed they were a better fit. We’d much rather build a relationship based on honesty than win a project by promising something we can’t deliver.
⭐ Apparently, we’re doing something right
We obviously think we’re nice people, but we’re probably not the best judges of that.
Fortunately, our clients seem happy to do it for us.
We’re incredibly proud of our 5-star on Google, while every review we’ve received on Trustpilot has been five stars. What means the most to us, though, isn’t the numbers, it’s what people choose to write.
Again and again, they mention that we’re patient, approachable and easy to work with. They talk about how we take the time to understand their business, explain technical things in a way that actually makes sense and aren’t afraid to challenge ideas when we think there’s a better solution.
One client wrote that we “took them by the hand” and made sure the website turned out exactly the way they wanted. Another highlighted that we “take the time to understand their business before providing constructive feedback,” while someone else described us as “present, attentive and quick to help whenever needed.”
One thing we’re especially proud of is that several clients describe us as feeling like part of their team rather than just another supplier.
If we’re completely honest, those comments mean far more to us than another five-star rating ever could.
🛠️ What we help businesses with
Most of our work revolves around WordPress, WooCommerce and Jetpack, but our clients usually end up asking us for a little bit of everything. Over the years, we’ve helped businesses with:
- 🚀 WordPress & WooCommerce development
- 🔌 Custom plugins and bespoke functionality
- 🔗 API & third-party integrations
- ⚡ Performance optimisation
- 📈 Google Ads & Meta Ads
- 🔍 Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- 📊 Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager & server-side tracking
- 🛒 Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- 🤖 AI & automation
- 🎓 Workshops, courses & masterclasses
Teaching is a big part of what we do. We regularly run workshops and masterclasses on WooCommerce, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 and AI. It keeps us curious, challenges our own thinking and forces us to explain even the most technical subjects in a way that actually makes sense. Thankfully, our students seem to appreciate that too.
Some clients come to us for a single project. Many stay with us for years, not because they’re tied into long contracts, but because they know they can pick up the phone when something breaks, when they have a new idea or when they simply need someone to bounce an idea off.
We never take that trust for granted.
☕ Fancy a coffee?
Whether you’re planning your first WooCommerce store, looking for a long-term technical partner or simply trying to figure out why something refuses to work the way it should, we’d genuinely love to hear your story.
If you’re nearby, let’s grab a coffee.
If you’re somewhere else in the world, let’s jump on a video call.
Either way, we’d love to get to know you, your business and what you’re trying to achieve.
Whether we end up working together or simply have a good conversation, we’d love to hear your story. Good coffee is optional. Good conversations aren’t.
