Advanced Flat Rate Shipping Method for WooCommerce

It would be very useful to have a description field area within each Shipping Method, which would also be shown on the frontend of the website.

It would be very useful the following reasons:

1. You can have multiple Shipping Methods with the same name but different purposes.

2. When browsing through the backend list (large amount of Shipping Methods), description field column would make it easier to find exactly which specific Method you want to edit.
