  Remove “leave a review” prompt

  Please remove the banner prompt that appears EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in. It’s annoying and never goes away, no matter how many times I click either option. It also redirects to the plugin page if I click “no”, which is doubly annoying. I’m considering a different plugin because of this. PLEASE.

  Show the assigned Shipping Zone in a column within the Shipping Method List

  It would be really useful to show the assigned Shipping Zone in a column within the Shipping Method List. This would be useful when looking to quickly identify which specific Shipping Methods apply to a specific set of Shipping Zones. It would also be useful for sorting the Shipping Method Lists.
