Invoice Payment Option for WooCommerce

We were able to add the Invoice option to a specific category of product which is what we needed, what I did not expect is that at the point of checkout this product will be charged in full if there is other products in the cart that do not have the Invoice Option enabled.

I’d like to see the ability for this invoice to be generated for the specific product in the cart while also being able to charge the remaining products via card transaction as usual.
