Anti-Fraud for WooCommerce

I don’t need to see your recommendations on every admin page. Also, I have already setup MaxMind but you still tell me I should use it.

This is very “spammy” and the verbose text in these recommendations are taking up nearly a 3rd of every page and closing them makes no difference. They will just repair on a page refresh or a new page.
