Payment Gateway Based Fees for WooCommerce

I am on the board of a non-profit, and it would be handy to be able to enable it on the backend as “required” (as it is now when enabled) or as an “Option,” where when it’s enabled as an option, the client/customer is able to check a box to choose whether they want to cover payment processing fees or not. If they leave the box unchecked, it does not add the processing fees, but displays the amount that will be added to their order if/when they do check the box, and if they check the box, it adds the processing fees to the order as configured on the back end.
