Create, assign and list brands for products, and allow customers to view by brand.
Add Active Brands widget
Similar to the Active Product Filters, brands could use its own active filters widget or adapt to be recognized by the Active Product Filters widget.

Would this widget need tweaking i.e if you have 2 sub-branches of brands with the same name?
For example, at one of the websites I know there are Beretta(mostly firearm oriented) and Beretta clothing(https://gritroutdoors.com/beretta/ only clothing oriented, but both use same name tag)

I absolutely support this idea. And I’m guessing more people do.
Could you please change the title to “Filter Products by Brand” so that it better describes the idea and more people are able to find this?
