Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce

Provide the ability to add additional email address when entering tracking information. Often, the email address on the Woo account is for the accounts or purchasing department and not the address for the person who will be receiving the product. The ability to add an additional email address, or multiple addresses, for receiving tracking informatioin would overcome this problem.
