Add draggable ability to order form fields UI (sort by menu order)

Hi, great plugin! One small thing. It would be useful to be able to re-arrange the order of form fields by dragging them up or down. I know I can change the order numerically, but the order is not reflected visually, and we cannot sort by menu order. Please add some draggable handles or ability to sort the table here:
