Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce

Hi, I have a website use woocommerce. Now I want to add function for cart page. I want to build a function which customers can input any product and any price, quantity, then they click Update cart, cart will update some products with prices/quantity they’ve input.
Can you give me some advice? Thank you so much
