FedEx Shipping Method

The plugin needs to have a feature to define origin addresses, based on the destination state.

For example, a simple table where we can add two or more origin addresses, which apply on certain destination country and state. and one of the origins is the default, if there is no match with other origins.

This origin address modification function/method would just need to be called before talking to FedEx API to get accurate shipping fee.
