Add native support for displaying recently viewed products in WooCommerce.

This feature would allow stores to automatically track the products a customer has recently viewed and display them in configurable locations, such as the shop, product pages, cart, or homepage.

Ideally, WooCommerce should provide a simple shortcode/block/widget and basic settings to control the number of products shown and how they are displayed. The functionality should work for both logged-in and guest customers, without requiring an additional plugin.

This would be a useful standard e-commerce feature and would help customers easily return to products they previously viewed, while also potentially improving conversion rates and product discovery.
