I get sometimes orders that come through and have no ticket numbers. it would be good for the system to email me is an order has no tickets after say 30 minutes.
not sure if this helps but we saw this and it was a config issue. This could be a bug? or a config issue if you have it set to allow people to purchase if they get the question/answer wrong, they still purchase but they don’t get any tickets.
