Currently when you have a Product Add-on with an upload, the images only show up in the Order, and not in the Media Library. The problem is that for a store manager to delete all these uploads, they have to log in through FTP to remove these, there is no way for them to remove them from the Dashboard. It would be nice if the images showed up in the Media Library for easy management.

As far as I understand, the issue that you like to solve with storing file uploads to the Media Library is to find a way to delete them so that they don’t pile up in the database. Is that right?
If so, then the topic of maintaining user uploads is also discussed here: https://woocommerce.com/feature-request/product-add-on-set-all-user-uploaded-files-to-auto-purge-trash-so-it-stops-clogging-up-our-server/. Since in the other post, the discussion is about all file uploads and not only images, we will keep the more generic request open and mark this one as closed.
