Hello WooCommerce Team,

I would like to request the addition of Republic of Kosovo as a separate country in the WooCommerce country list.

Currently, Kosovo is not listed as an independent country in the system and is often included incorrectly under Serbia. This creates issues for businesses operating in Kosovo, especially during checkout, shipping configuration, taxation, and customer data accuracy.

Kosovo is widely recognized and operates as a separate jurisdiction for business and commerce. Adding it as an individual country would greatly improve usability and ensure more accurate eCommerce operations for merchants and customers from this region.

Please also ensure that Kosovo is not listed as a province or region under Serbia, as this leads to incorrect data handling.
