Add Store Notice customization to the Site Editor
Currently, the Store Notice is not customizable from the Site Editor. If a user wants to change the background color, text color, font, or other aspects of the store notice design while using a block theme (FSE) they need to use custom CSS.
The Store Notice could be added to Appearance —> Editor —> Styles —> Blocks for easily accessible customization.
