Please add the ability to bulk update fields such as ‘condition’ and ‘google catgeory’. Manually updating for each variation is near to impossible.

This can be done easily with a bulk editor. There are a few in the WP repository. I personally use the one from WPMelon.
Nice.
Google catagory by bulk or default is a real important one for everyone as users with 2000 items plus makes incredbly hard work and the plugins are there to make life easier
