Affilate login in customizable

Hello,

We are testing out your Affiliate plugin now and wondering if what we desire can be customized.

We sell specialized supplments only to our member physicians. They get 25% from every sales they make. Some are under medical reps who get about 3% of the downline member physicians. That’s it. We don’t do a referral program or any of the usual affiliate gimmicks. Can you tweak it so that only the allowed functions are visible? Can this be done in your plugin?
