Allow a single bookable product to have shared availability across multiple resources

Scenario:
A therapist offers virtual consultations and has different prices based on whether it’s for singles or couples therapy. If they only accept appointments during 1hr blocks throughout the day, if someone books a singles therapy session, the availability for couples therapy during that 1hr block should also become unavailable.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the suggestion — this is already supported in WooCommerce Bookings.

    You can create separate bookable products for each pricing variant (Singles therapy, Couples therapy) and assign the same shared resource (the therapist) to all of them. Bookings keeps that resource’s availability in sync across products, so a booking on one product blocks the same slot on the others automatically.
