Allow creation of Shipping Zones by Suburb/City, not just Postcode
We live in a regional area in Australia, and have areas where there are more than 20 suburbs with the same postcode. For a local florist they need to split delivery fees within that one postcode area.

yes we need this too desperately
Agreed, our Australian clients also need the option to restrict shipping to individual suburbs instead of zip/post codes.
How is there not more votes for this after 2 years. It is a big problem in Australia. For example the postcode: 2330 in NSW has 64 distinct Suburb/Cities. https://auspost.com.au/postcode/2330 Some of which Carriers have trouble delivering to or charge extra.

Hi same here, florist site in west Sydney with lots of suburbs having the same postcode.
I agree. My client has a similar issue.
