Allow Custom Commission Rates at Global Product Category, Attribute, Tag Level

Please can you add additional functionality to the plugin by allowing Custom Commission Rates at Global Product Category, Attribute, Tag Level.

This will allow for manufacturing cost changes over time without having to adjust specific commission rates to each and every product variation on a site if these costs change.
