Allow Individual Variations to be pulled in by Assigned Category

We’re trying to assign categories to individual variations to have an entire category pull in those variations. Still, the category selection option within Smart Products will only pull in Products. So what happens is all variations are pulled in.

We tried to use this plugin called. WooCommerce Show Single Variations to assign the categories.
