Shipping Multiple Addresses for WooCommerce

Right now, if someone orders multiples of the same subscription, they all have to go to the same address. I need people to be able to send however many they want of the same subscription to however many addresses they need. For example, I have a magazine subscription, and a regional manager for a business may want to order multiple subscriptions for each of their locations, with one location needing 3, and another location needing only 1.
