Manage phone orders and take phone payments within the order dashboard.
Allow search of clients with phone numbers + HPOS Support
It will be great if your plugin is to support the HPOS architecture so that we can extract easier the reports (about the phone orders and other data).
In terms of usability there is no provision of repeat customers or, even, searching for a client in the database based on their phone number. We know most clients who use phone orders dont have an email, so it will be good to search based on their phone number.

HPOS compatibility is being worked on currently, we’ll leave this request open to gauge interest in the search functionality (it might be something we can develop alongside a means of creating a customer as per a different feature request) – however all our efforts are on HPOS compatibility at the current time due to the breaking changes it creates.
