Add an option checkbox in the coupon setup to “Automatically delete this coupon on expiration or used limit.”
Then you wouldn’t have to worry about it and your coupon database stays cleaner.

I use the Follow Up Emails extension to generate a coupon per customer order, new user, abandon cart, etc. This is great but it creates a lot of coupons that are useless after they expire or have used up their limit. Many platforms like klaviyo, omnisend, and others creates dynamic coupons, that loads the database quickly

Alternatives i’ve considered:
To open the coupons list, and bulk delete them, which is really labor intensive…
