Woocommerce does not have a solid logistical system to track orders. Hence, it would be nice to simply mail the customer asking them if they received the order or not. If they press "Yes" the order is marked Delivered in the backend. If no, they are redirected to customer support.
Likewise, other campaigns can be built based on logic.

Thats a cool idea, we could use this for redelivery items as well. This would be a very powerful automation tool. Even allowing customers to have multiple options with multiple outcomes. Great idea
