Messagebird has entire backend management solution for SMS inbox replies, calling back customers, managing FB chat, and Instagram Chat. And Messagebird’s management backend is 100% FREE, compared to Twilio’s $150 monthly, PER USER, option to respond with the same features.

I think having another option would be great, I do find Twillo a bit hard to use for the management of responses and the cost is a fair bit higher than messagebird. Could we look at this as a second option? Dan Bitzer
