New trigger: user meta changed

Similar to how there’re rules and actions related to Customer Custom Fields, would be great to have a trigger based on changes of Customer Custom field.
It would be nice to be able to select the Meta field name (ideally from a dropdown list that fetches meta fields automatically) and then, similar to how “Order Status Changes” – have to additional fields “Changes from” and “Changes to” (blank for any change).

Use-case1: customer changed his/her address. Need to follow-up to ensure the correct address is used for recurring orders.

Use-case2: a user meta changed by another plugin, for example SubscriptionLevel went from silver to gold after X days. Need to notify the customer.

Use-case3: a user meta is changed by an external call (e.g. my ManyChat, based on some user interaction in messenger). Need to have an official email confirmation.

Hi, i think this is better articulated in my recent idea to detect user update.

Then you can use Rules to detect meta data?

Would that work for what youre trying to do?
