Hi Dan and team.
I have a use case that supply chain breakdowns have caused us to need.
We are trying to set up a recurring email to keep the customers updated on the products they have with us that are backordered so they know we are working on it and haven’t forgotten them.
Ideally it would auto send to any order for a set status (in this care backordered) at a set internal like every 10 days or 30 days whatever we choose it would send out an email we have drafted.
How can we accomplish this with automate woo or do you have any other ideas?
