Hi! I recently purchased birthday add-one, but as far as we talked with support, they are saying that birthday field only comes up when you are a member. It does not make any sense because I should be able to capture that information at the initial sign up of the first time customer. How am I supposed to show this section to the customer if they have to be logged in?

On these days people hate creating an account for making a purchase. So, it’s important to make those purchase and make the easy path for them to purchase. And give them gifts when they set their birthday date, would be great for us and for them. Please, try to look for a way to save the birthday date from guest users so we could send them coupon codes and congratulates them, all within Automatewoo plugins.
We attach the birthday information to the account. That’s why we do not support fully account-less checkouts.
However, you may enable the "Allow customers to create an account during checkout" checkbox at WooCommerce > Settings > Account & Privacy.
Then, the birthday fields will show up for the about-to-be-created account.
