Add integration with Easy Social Share Buttons

When activated, every link shared by Easy Social Share Buttons includes the currently logged in user’s referral parameter.
An example of this would be how AffiliateWP integrates with Easy Social Share Buttons https://affiliatewp.com/add-ons/3rd-party/. Maybe another option could be to include integration for AffiliateWP?
