Hi, we were wondering if this suggestion is already implemented? And if it isn’t, is there any way that the friend (person who got referred) could use the credit system? The problem is that our customers pay pro rata until the 1st of the next month. If you want to give something to the friend, it must match the pro rata system. This could only be solved by using a credit system for them as well.
we could I suppose. but i has to be subscription only coupon with one time use. However this become messy with lots of coupons. I would rather be $ credits if it’s possible. Since there’s already a credit system. if work flow can add credit to CX or if there’s a function to add Credit, that would be great

Hi Kevin Chan, could you simply use a workflow to email the referred customer a unique coupon code?
Trigger: Referral Status Changed (to approved)
Action: Send Email (to new customer)
