This can currently be achieved via custom code. Here is an example code snippet:

Additionally, it would be nice to have a default amount, with the option to override per user. My use case: advocates I work with negotiate on an individual basis for how we are going to support each other. So for some, I may give a 10% kickback, others might be $5, etc.
