AutomateWoo - Refer A Friend add-on

Advocate rewards are currently once-off. I would like to reward advocates more for bringing us the customer, so every order that customer makes over a set period.

Also because sometimes our new customers test us with smaller orders and then order much more later. This doesn’t pay the advocate fairly.
