Batch Report and Settings Tab error

Every time I try to access Batch Report or Settings, I get an error. How can this be fixed?
2. How do I delete duplicate entries in Batch Report?
3. Also, there are other errors I get. I’ve attached a link for Google docs. Please peruse and assist me in fixing it.

I tried contacting the plugin developer, I haven’t heard from them for over a week. Appreciate any help. Thanks.
