Being able to add wholesale order via wp-admin with correct prices

It would be great if it is possible to an order via wp-admin with the correct wholesale prices. Now you only get these prices via frontend.

    Customers are missing the opportunity to enter their sales tax exemption certificate number. It would be an excellent feature if the Admin could edit an order and add that to the order!

    …and without sales tax for wholesale customers who have a Reseller Certificate on file.
