We have a couple marketplace plugins that appear in our My Subscriptions list, but don’t show that they are connected to our store. The interface makes it look like they should connect when they actually don’t need to.

This is a quirk with how marketplace partner plugins are displayed in the WooCommerce.com account area. Since they manage their own plugin updates and licensing, they don’t use the same connection system as WooCommerce-developed extensions, but the interface still shows those connection elements.
The “Connect to Store” button not working is actually normal – it’s essentially a non-functional button for this particular plugin since no connection is required.

1) Not show connection buttons and/or
