When a bill is generated at the end of each month period, and the customer is advised to pay the bill via email (bill generated email), it would be extremely useful if the option to attach the bill statement pdf to the email was added.
Currently, users have to log into their account to access this statement, and with some of the larger organisations the login is for the buyer, not the accounts department.
This would be an very useful feature and would solve a lot of issues! Thanks you
