Anti-Fraud for WooCommerce

Simple request. Block by the country code of the user’s IP, as reported by MaxMind. You’d think this plugin could do that already, but it can’t. The existing “origin countries” rules only tests what the user wrote in the shipping field, so is useless. The “geo location match” compares the state, not country, so many legit orders will be blocked. MaxMind knows the country of an IP, so please let us use this to block based on country. If you can do that, I will change my review from 2 stars to 5.
