Here is a fairly specific requirement I need in a booking system…

When providing a particular service, one of our service providers can provide an hour long service in either of two locations. However, we don’t want him going back and forth between both locations constantly… so is there a way for the system, once it receives it’s first hour long booking for the day, to limit the service provider’s location to the booked location for a given number of hours (let’s say half a day?). Essentially this means once a booking is received, it makes the other location unavailable for a defined period of time.

eg – someone books in for a service at 9am on Monday at location A. The system then limits any further bookings of this service to only Location A up until 12pm that day.
