WooCommerce Bookings

I need something simple not available in your plugin : I need to have a buffer period before appointements and not only between. For exemple we are monday 22 june 9am, someone is going on my website to book an appointment. I dont want this person book an appointment at 10am, I want only the possibility to book in the afternoon : a 4 hours buffer before the possiblity to book.
