Can you add a phone field with Country Code prefix?

Hi there,

great plugin so far!

I am using SendinBlue as Email provider and want to send SMS. But you only have Text field available.
SendinBlue needs the prefix formatted like this “0049”. So can you add a phone field with the specific country code prefix? Also the user should be able to insert like +49 but the sending format should be 0049.

Also if the phone number is empty, no country code should be submitted on form submit.

Can you do that?
