Change date format for Estimated Delivery Dates & Time plugin

Hello, we have purchased the Estimated Delivery Dates & Time plugin and we are using the [specific_date_of_delivery] shortcode to display the dates on the front end. But we would love to change the date format to read as follow:
11/25-11/29 instead of 25-11-2024 to 29-11-2024.

Is that possible?
