Check the number already in the basket so you can’t add more than expected
I would have liked the plugin to look in my cart if there is already a product added and compare what is in the cart and what I want to add as quantity to tell me that there is too much.

In past versions, the plugin would just not allow adding more than the max to the cart at all. Now it allows as many as you want to add, then gives an error note on the cart, and a cryptic “there are some issues” note when trying to check out. It’s a lot of confusing back and forth for customers to deal with.
