Compatibility with WooCommerce Smart Coupons

We have installed both WooCommerce Smart Coupons and Affiliate For WooCommerce

What happens is that, if a user uses a gift certificate from Smart Coupons and the order goes to 0, the commission is still present on the referral list, but it is marked as paid

is it possible to have that solved? Even with a paid intervention. Thanks
