CSV Attribute Removal & XLSX Import Support

I would like to suggest enhancing the WooCommerce product importer to allow removing existing product attributes in bulk, as empty attribute fields currently do not trigger deletion. Additionally, supporting XLSX (Excel) files for product import would significantly improve usability for stores managing large product datasets.
