The workflow for adding a tracking number to warranties doesn’t really work. A customer fills in a warranty request, then goes to the post office to return it. Only then do they receive a tracking number. There is no way for the customer to update the tracking number.
If the do it the other way around, send it first and then fill out the request form there is no way the customer can provide us with the warranty request ID so that we know their details.
Customers should be able to view their warranty requests and update tracking numbers in the my account page.
